Our next restaurant to try in our Sagada experience is Sagada Lemon Pie House. This restaurant opened last 2008. Serving lemon pies for more than 10 years.
Situated in South Road, in the same street where you can find other restaurants like Yoghurt House and Sagada Hub.
Sagada Lemon Pie House is a house converted to a café and restaurant. It has 2 dining sections: The main dining has low tables and regular tables in the dining area at the back.
Sagada Lemon Pie House is known for its lemon pies. But they also have a few selection of rice meals as well.
For drinks, ordered brewed coffee and Lemonade. I really wish they have ice for the lemonade.
The Red Spicy Chicken comes with rice and greens on the side.
and of course, Lemon Pie. It was good but not exceptional. I am not an expert and would encourage you to try when in Sagada.
To summarize, the taste of the food is ok, price is decent and they also have big serving size.
We had a heavy lunch because we need a lot of energy recovering from the Marlboro Hills and Blue Soil Hills Traverse trek earlier and the Bomod-Ok Falls tour after.
Recommendations: Try their Red Spicy Chicken. Chicken Tinola is perfect for sharing.
Tip: I heard their egg pies are also best-sellers. Be sure to make reservations if you plan on buying pies for pasalubong.
