Spiral is the flagship restaurant of Sofitel Philippines Plaza Manila - a 5-star luxury resort hotel near Manila Bay. Spiral is a luxurious buffet restaurant known for the 21 dining ateliers or stations. There’s a wide selection of cuisines from all over the world in one roof.

The dining area has a French inspired finish. Complete with a high ceiling, a grand circular staircase and a small fountain in the middle.

Spiral even have a room for cheese. The most I’ve seen in a buffet restaurant.

As always, I start my buffet dining with a plate of sushi and sashimi.

Recommendations: Aside from the French dishes, try their fresh seafood.

Tip: The cheapest rate is Lunch on Thursday and Friday. Check your credit card if they have a promo for Spiral. And signup on their newsletter to get the latest promos and events.

For the dress code in Spiral Buffet, it is Casual wear. As long as you are presentable, I think Spiral is not strict on this part. I wore shirt and jeans during my Spiral Buffet experience.
