Rebel Bakehouse | Must-try Pastry Shop in Baguio City

Rebel Bakehouse is a pastry shop and café that originated in Baguio City. To give some background, Rebel Bakehouse started as a home-based bakeshop, creating made-to-order pastries during the pandemic. After 2 years, Rebel Bakehouse opened its flagship shop in Naguilian Road. It has since become a must-try pastry shop in Baguio City, so we made sure to visit during our Baguio Food Trip.
From the outside, Rebel Bakehouse resembles a warehouse. It is good that they have a spacious parking area for their guests.
Rebel Bakehouse features an industrial interior. Half of the space, which houses the kitchen, has glass walls, allowing guests to see the process of making pastries. The other half is the dining area. Rebel Bakehouse also has a small section for al fresco dining.
Rebel Bakehouse also offers coffee and non-coffee based drinks to complement their pastries. While Rebel Bakehouse specializes in pastries, they also offer a limited selection of dishes.
For this experience, we ordered a box of pastries to-go, as we had another restaurant scheduled for dinner. We ate it for breakfast the next day.
Even though we ate the pastries the next day, they were still enjoyable. The recommended shelf life of the pastries is 2 to 3 days.
While the price per pasty ranges from PHP150.00 to PHP220.00, I think it is decently priced given the quality and size of the pastries.
Recommendation: I think their best-sellers are the croissants.
