Still on my journey of exploring the restaurant to try in Nuvali, we saw this newly opened Japanese Restaurant near the activity center of Ayala Malls Solenad. This is a perfect time to sample EBI 10 and create a food review.

Ebi 10 is a tempura bar that started operations last 2018. Specializing in deep fried Japanese dishes and rolls. Currently, EBI 10 has 2 branches in the Metro and the recently opened Nuvali branch.

Ebi 10 features a spacious dining area complete with a bar counter table and 2 teppanyaki tables, which are not yet operational.

Additionally, Ebi 10 offers the option of dining al fresco.

Ebi 10 offers a variety of tempura, sashimi and rolls. They also offer a limited selection of salads, mains, rice bowls and noodles.

We started our EBI 10 experience with EBI 10 House Blend Iced Tea and a pot of Genmaicha Roasted Rice and Green Tea.

We kickoff our meal with an order of Gyoza.

In Ebi 10 is a tempura bar that allows guests to order per piece and customize their tempura basket.

Ebi 10 specializes in rolls, so we opted for two different variations. One of our choices was the Salmon Aburi Roll, featuring a combination of avocado and cream cheese in the center, topped with torched salmon.

The other one was the Senju Roll. The Senju Roll has a generous portion of shrimp tempura and kani on top. Taking a piece with one bite to was a challenge.

We also ordered one rice bowl which is Tonkatsu CurryDon. This rice bowl comes with an omelet and kimchi.

Given that Ebi 10 offers only a single dessert option but boasts an extensive bar selection, we made the choice to explore their alcoholic beverage offerings :D

We tried the Hakutsuru Sake Pack which is served in carafe.

and EBI 10 Highball under their signature drinks.

While the food at Ebi 10 was undeniably delicious and served in generous portions, it's worth noting that dining here can be on the pricey side.  Ebi 10 appears to be an ideal restaurant for those seeking a hangout spot late afternoon or evening. Their tempura, sashimi, and rolls pair perfectly with their extensive selection of alcoholic beverages, making it a suitable choice for those looking to unwind.

We had an opportunity to revisit Ebi 10 in Ayala Malls Solenad. In this experience, we ordered more Japanese dishes available at Ebi10. We started this Ebi 10 food trip with Salmon Sashimi.

Then for the rolls, we tried their specialty the Volcano Roll.

We sampled several dishes under EBI 10’s rice bowls like Gyudon or the beef rice bowl,

Second mains we ordered was Pork Tonkatsu.

Lastly, the Steak Rice.

In this experience, we tried one dish in Noodles and Soup option  (Forgot to take note of the name).

Recommendations: Ebi 10's rolls are generously sized and perfect for sharing. Having sampled a variety of rolls, my personal favorites include the Volcano, Senju, and Salmon Aburi rolls.
