Ippon Yari Japanese Restaurant in Alabang is the 2nd Ippon Yari branch we’ve tried. Situated at the 2nd floor of Alabang West Parade in Las Piñas. This is the newest and most modern branch among all their locations.

The interior of Ippon Yari Alabang has Japanese design elements, featuring a selection of wooden furnishings and fixtures.

Their dining arrangement includes standard tables, traditional low Japanese tables with tatami seating, and private sections or rooms. Additionally, Ippon Yari Alabang offers an al fresco dining option, which is ideal for patrons who wish to enjoy their meal in the company of their furry companions.

Ippon Yari offers an extensive array of Japanese cuisines. It includes ramen, maki, sashimi, tempura, rice meals and bowls, and other delectable options.

Upon taking our seats, a complimentary salad and tea were promptly brought to our table.

Started our lunch with Salmon Sashimi,

California Maki,

6 pieces Gyoza,

and Tempura.

As for my main course, I opted for the Katsu meal, which was accompanied by a serving of rice, coleslaw, potato salad, and a bowl of miso soup.

We also tried Ippon Yari's Shogayaki, a dish featuring thinly sliced pork sautéed in ginger, accompanied by a serving of vegetables and potato salad. Please note that rice is not included with this dish and must be ordered separately.

Concluded our dining experience at Ippon Yari with a complimentary iced coffee. While it was enjoyable, I found it to be a bit on the milky side for my taste.

Recommendations: Sashimi and Sushi.

Tip: Aside from the complimentary salad, their Iced Coffee is free :D
