My Country House Tagaytay also features a charming mini pond with turtles on one side of the dining area.

Burrata and Beets has a generous portion of burrata cheese, arranged in a circular fashion alongside thinly sliced beets, tomatoes, and crushed pistachios.

My Country Larder presents a charcuterie board filled with an assortment of small, enticing portions of meats, cheeses, jams, and more.

The Roasted Bone Marrow dish features three generous halves of bone, perfectly roasted. Accompanied by a sweet and spicy red pepper relish, adding a delightful kick to each bite.

Following the appetizers, we proceeded to savor the main courses. We tried two pasta dishes:

The Truffled Mushroom & Cheese Cappelletti is a spinach mushroom dumplings with pecorino cheese. The delicate foam on top adds elegance to the presentation of this dish.

Despite not noticing the lobster meat, the Saffron Lobster Pappardelle still captivated our taste buds with its remarkable flavor.

For the grill option, we ordered Pacific Scallops, Tiger Prawns, Salmon and Calamari Brochettes. It includes 3 skewers loaded with chunks of various seafood delights.

In the Family Style section, we’ve sampled several dishes as well.

Country Chicken Relleno is a half-chicken stuffed with meat and spices.

We also tried My Country House Tagaytay specialty, the Sunday Puchero. I’m not a fan of puchero, but we were surprised by how delicious the Sunday Puchero turned out to be.

For Steaks and Chops option, we tried their ½ KG U.S. Angus Ribeye. This includes roasted garlic and tomatoes with a choice for 2 sides and 2 sauces.
