Looking for a new restaurant to try in Makati, we discovered Le Petite Café Fleur. Owned by Chef Sau Del Rosario, the same owner of 25 Seeds in Pampanga. Since I had a great experience with 25 Seeds, it was just right to give Chef Sau’s latest restaurant a try.

Le Petite Café Fleur

Le Petite Café Fleur is located in Brgy. Poblacion, Makati. Similar to 25 Seeds, Le Petite Café Fleur was a house converted to a restaurant. Even with a tiny space, Le Petite Café Fleur has 2 floors of dining room plus an al fresco dining space with sun roof. The interior is mostly white with wooden accents. The ambiance is light and relaxed, perfect for a brunch setup.

Le Petite Café Fleur

Le Petite Café Fleur is a fusion restaurant but this time, there’s a little bit of French into it. Menu ranges from steaks, pasta, pizza and pastries.

For our mains, I ordered Garlic Prawns, Lemony Squid Ink Aglio Olio. I thought it is the usual pasta with black sauce. This one, the pasta is black.

We ordered a plant-based dish as well - Roasted Cauliflower Steak with Sage, Tomatoes and Potatoes.

We also tried their pizza, Brown / Carnivore version.

And for the much awaited dessert, we tried Chef Sau’s Ube Vuquito. This is the smaller version of Vuco Fye.

To summarize, I love both the pasta and pizza. I’m more of a meat-eater so not so much for the Cauliflower Steak. Glad I tried the Ube Vuco Fye for dessert.

The serving size is decent. It can be shared by 2 people. For the price, it is more on the expensive side. We had 3 dishes, 2 drinks and a dessert and it cost us around Php3,000.00. Lastly, the service and experience was great. Without a doubt, Le Petite Café Fleur is a restaurant that you should try when in Makati.

Recommendations: The Ube Vuco Fye is a must.

Tip: The al fresco area is great for photos but avoid midday sun. It can get really hot. Best to reserve a table inside. Also, Poblacion has narrow streets. There are only few parking slot in front of the restaurant.
