Mamak Kopitiam is an affordable Malaysian coffee house in Glorietta, Makati near Food Choices. While Mamak Kopitiam specializes in Mamak-style coffee, the coffee house also serves authentic Malaysian cuisines.

The tiled interior, vintage portraits, traditional tables and Asian tableware of Mamak Kopitiam create an authentic Malaysian eatery atmosphere. The dining area was spacious and can accommodate large group.

Mamak Kopitiam offers a wide array of Malaysian dishes, including Roti, Hainanese Chicken, Nasi Lemak and more.

In addition to the specialty drinks of Mamak Kopitiam, they also offer drinks from Bober, an artisan tea from Singapore.

We started with a Mamak pastry called Siew Pao, a Malaysian-style pork bun.

Next, we sampled their Pork Satay.

Under the Mamak Noodles selection we ordered two dishes. First was Dried Wanton Mee w/ Roasted Chicken.

The second noodle dish was Curry with Roasted Pork. This was served in a huge bowl, ideal for sharing.

We tried several Mamak Kopitiam mains. From the Hainanese Chicken selection, we tried the combination of Roasted Pork and Roasted Chicken dish, one of the best-seller.

We also ordered the Bah Ku Teh, a pork rib soup commonly served in Malaysia and Singapore. Although the portion size is for sharing, it comes with only one cup of rice.

We also tried several drinks in Mamak Kopitiam including the Iced Kopi.

Forgot to take photos of the Roti, Nasi Lemak Beef Rendan and the other drinks but to summarize, Mamak Kopitiam serves high-quality Malaysian dishes at an affordable price. Mamak Kopitiam is an excellent choice in Glorietta if you want to veer away from the typical Filipino, Japanese and American restaurants.
