Pablo Bistro | Spanish Restaurant in Salcedo Village, Makati

Pablo Bistro is a Spanish restaurant and bar located at the Ground Floor of the Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences in Leviste Street, Makati.

Inside, it has a modern and classy interior, dimly lit and spacious. Pablo Bistro also has a small area for al fresco dining.

Pablo Bistro is known for its Spanish cuisines but their menu includes cold cuts, all day breakfast, pasta, steaks and more. They also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages.

These are the dishes I’ve already tried in Pablo Bistro:

Chicken Parmigiana – a whole chicken breast with tomato sauce, parmesan, mozzarella. This comes with a salad.

Roasted Chicken – a half chicken, roasted with lemon garlic chimichurri sauce, veggies and fries on the side.

Flat White Iced Coffee.

To summarize my Pablo Bistro experience - enjoyable dishes, big serving size and great service from the crew. Since the experience was great, I am hoping to visit again and try their tapas, cold cuts and steaks.

Recommendations: To be honest, the price of the food in Pablo Bistro is on the expensive side of the spectrum. This is not the restaurant that you visit on a regular lunch outs. I think Pablo Bistro is perfect for intimate gatherings, special occasions, business meetings and dates.

Tip: Their best sellers are Iberico Cold Platter, Paellas and Steaks.
