Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine is a Chinese Restaurant specializing in authentic Hunan cuisine. The branch we visited is located on the restaurant-lined Liang Seah Street in Bugis area. Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine is popular in Singapore, with 15 branches in operation (as of this writing).

We chose Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine because plenty of locals dining as we passed by. What we didn’t know is that Hunan Cuisine is notorious for spicy dishes. Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine offers a wide array of Hunan dishes and their specialties are Hunan Stir-fried Pork, Golden Broth Sour and Spicy Fish and 18 second Angus Beef Stir-fry.

We sampled two main dishes. First was the Dual Pepper Spicy Chicken Cubes.
