We had the opportunity to visit Coffee Builders - a recently opened coffee shop located on Tibig Road in Silang, Cavite near CALAX exit. Coffee Builders started its operations last May 28, 2023. The name of the coffee shop is Coffee Builders., yeah with a dot at the end but for this blog, I will just use “Coffee Builders” :)

Coffee Builders is situated inside the Protech Construction and Development Corporation compound. The coffee shop features a contemporary structure with an intriguing irregular shape.

Coffee Builders has an industrial interior design characterized by its high ceiling and cement colored walls. With a floor-to-ceiling window on one side, it allows ample natural light to fill the dining area during the day.

Coffee Builders offer a decent variety of beverages, including coffees, frappes, teas, and refreshers. During our visit, we decided to try their Cold Brew, Tres Leches Latte, and their House Blend Iced Tea.

For the food options, Coffee Builders serve pastas, burgers and all day breakfast.

We started our Coffee Builders experience with the Truffle Fries for sharing.

Decided to try one of Coffee Builders' best sellers, the Sriracha Chicken Sandwich. It arrived on a small chopping board accompanied by a side of fries. I enjoyed the flavor combination of the Sriracha sauce and the juicy chicken. While the sandwich itself was on the smaller side, I found it to be reasonably priced considering the taste and presentation.

We also got the Salted Egg Chicken under their All-day Breakfast option.

To complete our Coffee Builders experience, we indulged in another of their best-seller, the Royal Toasts. This delightful dish consisted of three slices of French toast topped with sliced bananas and crispy bacon strips. The combination of sweet and savory flavors, provided a satisfying end to this experience.

Recommendations: Royal Toasts and Sriracha Chicken Sandwich. Also liked their Cold Brew.

Tip: Plan your visit during weekdays or non-peak hours to avoid queuing. We visited on a Sunday morning and Coffee Builders was packed until after lunch.
