We recently came across EROishi, a small Japanese restaurant tucked away in Silang, Cavite. Located within South Forbes Golf City, this humble restaurant, delights its customers with a range of Japanese favorites. However, their true specialty lies in their sushi rolls.
The owners of EROishi shared a brief history of the restaurant, explaining that its name is a combination of their last name “Ero” and the Japanese word "Oishi" meaning delicious. Although the EROishi restaurant officially opened its doors in March 2022, the owners had been making sushi long before that.
EROishi restaurant dining area is pretty small. The dining area has 2 small tables and a kitchen bar counter with 3 wooden stools. During pleasant weather conditions, EROishi extend their capacity by setting up additional tables outside the restaurant to accommodate more guests.
At EROishi, you'll find a simple yet diverse Japanese cuisine. From starters and Donburi to their signature rolls and more.
Tried the Chicken Terriyaki under Donburi section. A bowl filled with chopped chicken thighs, cabbage and rice.

We ordered 2 signature rolls: Salmon Teriyaki
and Katsu Maki.
To our surprise, the owners were incredibly generous and treated us to complimentary Miso soup and Torched Salmon Nigiri. It added an extra touch of warmth and flavor to our dining experience at EROishi. Their hospitality made the visit even more enjoyable.
We really enjoyed the food at EROish so much that that we couldn't resist ordering the Eroishi Roll for take-out.
If you find yourself in Silang, Cavite, EROishi is a hidden gem that should not be missed.
