During our visit at FAMU, we can’t help but noticed the minimalist but hip coffee shop beside the restaurant. We decided to try their coffee after dinner.
Sspace Coffee Bar is situated along Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay Road (Silang, Cavite area). It is unnoticeable since it doesn’t have huge or bright signage. So if you are coming from Sta. Rosa going to Tagaytay, Sspace Coffee Bar is just before Phoenix Gas Station.
Sspace Coffee Bar has a basic structure design with an al fresco dining area, accented by a hip message board, wooden tables and plants.
For the menu, Sspace Coffee Bar also has some dishes available but for this visit, we only tried their coffee.
The barista recommended Seasalt Caramel for cold coffee. I like that the Seasalt Caramel has a strong espresso taste since I don’t like a coffee drink that is too milky or creamy. Comes in a medium sized cup for 170.00 only.
We only noticed that for hot drinks we’ve ordered, the lid of the cups were not snuggly fitted.
Since I enjoyed my Seasalt Caramel, I am hoping to visit Sspace Coffee Bar and try their food.
