While exploring the food scene of Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay road, we discovered 2 newly opened restaurants that offers Unlimited “Ihaw” or grilled and chicken wings. . Situated in a commercial lot in along Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay road in Silang, Cavite. If you are coming from Sta. Rosa, it is a few meters before Concha’s Garden. You won’t miss it since it is along the highway.
Our initial plan was to try the unlimited inihaw of Jaboy’s Grill (formerly Janer’s Diner) for lunch.
Aside from the unlimited inihaw promo, Jaboy’s Grill also serves Filipino favorites like Bulalo, Tapsilog, etc.
While checking the menu, the owner – Janer and Eunice, advertised Mad Tummy Grill and Restobar. Which is also in the same strip, 2 shops away from Jaboy’s Grill.
Mad Tummy Grill and Restobar offers an all-you-can eat chicken wings and thighs with Ramyun. Because of this, we decided to order the unlimited promo of both restaurants.
For Jaboy’s Grill unlimited inihaw promo, they have 2 options: Pork and Chicken or Pork, Chicken and Beef. For this experience we ordered the first option. It includes, liempo, porkchop, chicken thigh, gizzard and hotdog. It would be nice if the hotdog is “tender juicy” :D
The Mad Tummy unlimited chicken wings and thigh promo, has 14 flavors to choose from. We requested to serve their top flavors: Honey Barbecue, Garlic Parmesan, Siracha, Buffalo, Mango Habanero and Soy Garlic.

Overall, the concept of both restaurant is great since you can indulge your favorite food for a fixed and affordable price. I think, Jaboy’s Grill unlimited inihaw should be your choice for a drinking session.
The Mad Tummy’s chicken is crispy on the outside even if coated with flavorful sauces. The owner told us that they make most of the sauces from scratch. I also like that you can easily take the meat off the bone.
If you happen to be around Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay road, Janer’s Diner and Mad Tummy is your spot to satisfy your inihaw or chicken wings cravings.
