Searching for a brunch restaurant along Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay Road, we discovered Kubli Café Bistro. Located just beyond Ming’s Garden when coming from Sta. Rosa., Kubli Café Bistro has a shipping container structure customized into a café.
In the main dining area, the interior has a warm and inviting atmosphere with its wooden finish. The large windows on both sides, allows natural light to go in adding to the homey vibe.
For additional seating options, numerous huts and outdoor tables are placed at the back. In addition, Kubli Café Bistro also features a roof deck area as well.
Kubli Café Bistro is known for its all day dining Filipino dishes but they also offer pasta, pizza, some Mexican cuisines and bar chows. Initially, our expectations were low because of the menu. First, the menu looks like a typical bar/club menu in Philippines. Then, it doesn’t have a distinct theme. However, we were really curious and decided to experience firsthand what Kubli Café Bistro had to offer.
To start our Kubli Café Bistro experience, we ordered a Margherita Pizza. Unfortunately, they didn’t have basil during our visit. While, I didn’t have high expectations, I was impressed by their pizza. However, I did observe that the crust at the pizza’s edge had a tendency to crumble. it has a texture almost similar to an empanada.
For the main dishes, we ordered their specialty from the All Day Breakfast offerings. The Beef Pares with Bone Marrow, served in a sizable bowl with a cup of rice and egg on the side.
We also tried their Grilled Liempo Silog.
To complement the dishes, we’ve also tried their coffee options: Iced Americano,
and White Chocolate Mocha.
For our Kubli Café Bistro experience, I am genuinely impressed by the food served. Beyond the generous serving size, dishes were really delightful. If you're in search of a satisfying all-day breakfast experience along Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay Road, I recommend giving Kubli Café Bistro a try.
Recommendations: Beef Pares with Bone Marrow is a must.
Tip: Kubli Café Bistro also has live bands and open mic session at night
