While exploring the food scene of Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay road, we discovered Delico Kitchen. A restaurant serving good food inside Barko Restobar.

Delico Kitchen in Barko Restobar

Barko Restobar is an al-fresco bar hidden beside Ford Sta. Rosa. While Barko Restobar mainly sell the drinks, there were several food stalls operating inside.

The dining area was roofed and spacious. It was also surrounded by garden.

During our visit, we’ve tried Delico Kitchen. While their menu was focused on food that’s great for inuman, they also have several Chinese food options as well.

Delico Kitchen staff recommended for us to try their Dinakdakan.

And their specialty – Grilled Pusit (squid).

True enough, both the Dinakdakan and Grilled Pusit were well seasoned and perfectly cooked. We loved both dishes. The thing we regret was that we only order a single serving of Dinakdakan.

Recommendations: Dinakdakan and Grilled Pusit.

Tip: If you are around the area and craving for a delicious pulutan, you can order via viber. They also offer party trays as well.
