Ooma is the Japanese Restaurant concept of The Moment Group. Sharing the same parent company as Manam and 8 Cuts. Since its inception, Ooma expanded its operations with 6 branches across the Metro. In this experience, we’ve tried the branch in Molito Lifestyle Center in Alabang.

Ooma in Molito has a modern interior with Tsukiji market inspiration. The place spans two floors, featuring a floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides that provides ample light in the dining area.

Ooma’s menu includes a variety of traditional Japanese cuisines, including sashimi, maki, udons, katsu and more.

For starters, we sampled their Mushroom Chips or fried oyster mushroom.

We also got a plate of Ebi Tempura.

Following that, we tried one of the Maki Mixers.

Moving to the main course, we’ve tried 2 of Ooma’s best-sellers: Hangar Steak
